How this is calculated
We don't just compare "Cost of Living Index". We use a sophisticated Reverse Tax Calculation engine that simulates:
- Federal Taxes: 2026 IRS Brackets & FICA
- State & Local Taxes: Specific brackets for both Origin and Destination
- Living Costs: Housing (Rent), Groceries, Utilities, and Transport differences
